Different types of e-vehicles

E-vehicles can be classified into three major categories. The first category is the electric vehicle (EV). These vehicles are powered by electric motors and they don’t need to be plugged in to charge. The second type of e-vehicle is the hybrid vehicle (HEV). These vehicles are powered by both a gas engine and an electric motor. Lastly, there is a plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV) which is similar to HEVs but with the ability to plug into power sources when needed for charging.

Types of e-vehicles:

- Electric vehicle

- Hybrid vehicle

- Fuel cell vehicle

- Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle

The most popular types of e-vehicles are electric cars and bikes. There are also some other types of e-vehicles, like scooters and skateboards. Electric cars are the most popular type of e-vehicle because they don’t produce any emissions. Electric bikes provide a good alternative to cars for short distances. Some people use them to commute to work or school and others use them as a hobby.
